I gone Camping~

These are posts that I am writing in advance so that a certain someone has something to read everyday until I am back from camping and back in LANDAN.

I think I will just post pictures of my time in France so far.
It's going to be terribly interesting ... Hooraaay ...

This is all a bit of a random jumble of pictures I have taken here in Breuillet.
My auntie's house.

The .. door of my grandma's new house? It's pretty bare inside. There are floors and walls. And that's about it. Oh and windows.

I don't know the name of this flower but I think it comes from Madagascar. The flowers only open at night for around 15 minutes before closing and fading away.
My grandma and my family's new house. (Ours is the one on the right)
There is still quite a lot of work to be done but hopefully by Christmas we can live there.

My auntie's garden. My uncle had a small midlife crisis and decided to get a hot tub in his garden. I'm not sure whether he built it himself (or if it was my auntie) but anyway, I'm a bit jealous.

Kiwi's are growing here :D They are really tasty and juicy ^__^

Traditional door knockers from here in France. A hand holding a rock.
There are also little heads that hold the window shutters open in the daytime.

Vegetables that I picked from my Auntie's vegetable patch. I really wish we could have a garden in London and not a crappy little terrace with a cement hotel for a view of the sky.
Aubergines, courgettes (marrows?) and a lot of tomatoes.

The vegetable patch itself!

Right now I can imagine that I'm shivering of cold in a tent in Brittany. Or wondering how long before the rain will start to drip into my tent..
Hopefully not. Hopefully I will be basking in the sunlight and eating crepes.
*Crepes are a speciality in Brittany.--> Les Crepes Bretonnes.*

I hope a certain someone has had and is having a nice day and that England has calmed down a little :)
I will most certainly be missing that person when I'm camping ...

Xxx
